Gary is President of McConkey’s subsidiary, Valley Forge Captive Advisors which specializes in group captive insurance programs for middle market clients.

Gary has 32 years of experience in the insurance industry, working in underwriting and management with CIGNA and Reliance Insurance Company, as well as brokerage experience with group captives.

Gary is a 1983 graduate of Widener University, with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration. He lives in Chester Springs with his wife, Kathy. They have a daughter, Michelle, and son, Greg, who both graduated from Penn State, and work in the insurance industry.

In his spare time, Gary enjoys golf, reading and travel.
