Jeffrey A. Grebe ARM, CIC Vice President/Principal for Valley Forge Captive Advisors recently attended the Catalyst Captive Board of Directors Meeting in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico. Catalyst started as a medical transportation casualty captive June 1, 2005 but has recently expanded its profile to include other healthcare related companies such as Nursing Homes, Assisted and Skilled Living Facilities, Home Health, etc. It currently consists of 46 member-owners and is approaching $25MM in premium equivalent. At this most recent meeting over $2,500,000 in distributions (underwriting profits) were returned to member-owners based on stellar loss performance.
