Catalyst started as a medical transportation casualty captive June 1, 2005 but has expanded its profile to include other healthcare related companies such as Nursing Homes, Assisted and Skilled Living Facilities, Home Health, etc. For its June 1, 2018 renewal total premium equivalent will be $48MM and 57 member owners (18 of which are VFCA clients).
