Hebe, CIC, Vice President/Principal for Valley Forge Captive Advisors recently attended the MAC Captive Board Meeting in Southampton, Bermuda. MAC is a heterogeneous captive for elite business of all kinds who meet the eligibility requirements. The captive has over 122 member companies, generates over $54 million in annual premium and has performed very well since its inception in 1996. Over $6,100,000 in dividend distributions were made at the summer meeting to the captive shareholders.
